Shipping Policy

Every item is created just for you when you place your order. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production & Fulfillment

Most products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. Depending on the product, production method, availability, and delivery destination, orders may be produced and shipped from Printful facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Europe, with selected products fulfilled through partner facilities in Brazil, Japan, or Australia. The fulfillment location is selected automatically for each order. Insanesational Vibes remains the retailer and customer-service contact for all purchases.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States Flat Rate: 3–4 business days after shipment (Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days)

United States Express: 1–3 business days after shipment (Total estimated delivery: 3–8 business days)

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may arrive separately. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Insanesational Vibes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
