Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange window from your order date. Items are custom printed and made just for you. If the size isn't right and doesn't accentuate the beautiful human being that you are, or if the quality of your item isn't up to snuff, we've got you covered. Just request an exchange by emailing info@insanesationalvibes.com. If it's a quality issue, please include pictures of item when you email for a return. One picture of the item in it's entirety, and another (if necessary) zoomed in to show the defect if it's not obvious from the first picture. Please note that returns/exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included. We know it's a lot and we apologize for that, but we can't issue a refund if we don't know the who, what and why of the returned item. Refunds will be issued for the purchase, except for the shipping fees paid on the order, once it's received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
